Migrate your Items from Content Workflow to Craft
Once you've set up your Craft template mappings, you can migrate your content from Content Workflow into Craft.
There are three options when migrating content. You can:
Migrate all mapped Templates and all Items at once
Click the 'Run all migrations' button in the top right of the screen
Tip: You can Deactivate any mapping you prefer not to migrate during the 'Run all migrations'.
Migrate all Items mapped to one Template
Click on the 'Migrate' link next to a specific mapping
Select which Items to migrate individually
Click on the '# Items' link against the Template you want to migrate from
Select which items you want to migrate, and click 'Migrate Items'
Tip: You can search by Item name and Workflow status. You'll then be shown a summary of all the Items which were migrated, and be able to visit the migrated Item in both Craft and Content Workflow.
Update your Items in Craft with any changes made in Content Workflow
The method to pull over the most recent changes of Items is the same as migrating over Items individually.
Click on the '# Items' link against the Template you want to migrate from
Select which items you want to migrate, and click 'Migrate Items'
You can search by Item name and Workflow status. You'll then be shown a summary of all the Items which were migrated, and be able to visit the migrated Item in both Craft and Content Workflow.
